What’s your return / exchange policy?
We offer store credits or size exchange for eligible items requested within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Do you offer cash refunds?
We do not provide money refunds.
All approved returns are compensated with IMOG Store Credits only.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order is not shipped yet, we’ll assist with changes such as size or address updates.
Once shipped, modifications aren’t possible.

Send us a photo/video within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credits after verification.
