Refund Policy

IMOG – Refund Policy 

 

At IMOG, every product is crafted, checked, and packed with care. 

If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how refunds work. 

 

 

 

Eligibility for Refund 

 

 • Refunds are issued only as IMOG Store Credits. 

 • Store credits can be used for any future purchase and never expire. 

 • A refund is issued only after a successful quality check of the returned product. 

 

You must request a return/refund within 3 days of delivery. 

 

 

 

When Refunds Are Approved 

 

Refunds (as store credit) will be issued in the following cases: 

 • Wrong product delivered 

 • Wrong size delivered 

 • Damaged or defective product (unboxing video required) 

 • Valid return request with product in unused, unwashed, and original condition 

 

 

 

When Refunds Cannot Be Issued 

 

Refunds will not be provided if: 

 • Product is worn, washed, or used 

 • Tags/packaging are missing 

 • Print is damaged due to improper use 

 • The return request is made after 3 days 

 • The item was purchased during a special “Clearance Sale / Final Sale” (non-returnable items) 

 

 

 

Processing Time 

 • Once your return reaches us, we take 24–48 hours for quality check. 

 • After approval, store credit will be added to your IMOG account or sent via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours. 

 

 

 

Refund Mode 

 

IMOG follows a No Cash Refunds Policy. 

All refunds are provided as: 

 • IMOG Store Credits 

These credits can be used during checkout like a coupon. 

 

 

 

Return Shipping 

 • If the product is defective/wrong item delivered → Return is free. 

 • In all other valid cases → A small return shipping fee may apply. 

 

 

 

COD Orders 

 • COD shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 • Refunds for COD returns will still be issued as store credit only. 

 

 

 

Order Cancellation Refunds 

 

 • If you cancel before shipping, store credit will be issued. 

 • If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible (but return is allowed after delivery). 

 

 

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders 

 

If your order is lost or not delivered: 

 • After courier verification, a full refund as store credit will be given.
